Among the Wildflowers

Connor + Chelsea are the loveliest people.

They bought land in our hometown Canandaigua, NY and wanted pictures there before they break ground and start building their new home. We spent the morning taking pictures where their house will eventually be (Conner’s holding the blueprints to the house in one of the frames), walking through pine trees collecting feathers and hiking down in the gully where we took pictures on a moss-covered stump.

I also love some of the solo portraits of Chelsea. She’s such boss and has a whole business devoted to natural products and wellness (check it out here). Her dad even flew above us in his plane at one point to say hello which was super cute!

I know I’m a broken record when I say how honored I feel to capture life’s milestones like these but I really do. I hope they look back on these pictures for years and smile.
